Restaurant Miba Opening Hours

Restaurant Miba is open every day of the week all year round for lunch and dinner. The only times we close are on the nights of the 24th of December and 31st of December when we only serve hotel guests. In the case of a private event, the restaurant may also be closed to the public.

Miba restaurant is the ideal place for an intimate lunch, a business meal, or to share a special moment with family and friends as you enjoy our creative cooking and the gorgeous views of the glistening Mediterranean and Salobreña's iconic Moorish castle. Tables are available in our restaurant, the covered restaurant terrace, the VIP area and the bar on demand. Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee a good table with views at the weekend, on public holidays and in the months of July and August.

Dinner

Miba restaurant's magical nighttime setting against the enchanting backdrop of Salobreña's illuminated castle provides a unique, romantic setting to enjoy fine food in the company of loved ones, friends and family. Reservations are recommended to guarantee a good table with views at the weekend, on public holidays and in the months of July and August.

7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. from 21st of October to 21st of June.
8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 21st of June to 26st of October.

From the 5th of July until the end of summer, we serve dinner, weather permitting, in our spectacular Skybar offering an unforgettable dining experience every evening.

Breakfast Opening Hours

Enjoy our wonderful breakfasts in the bright bar or on the sunny restaurant terrace. Breakfast is served to hotel guests and members of the public. Please contact us and reserve for groups of more than five people. A Miba breakfast is the perfect way to start your day in idyllic surroundings!

8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday to Friday.
8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Skybar Opening Hours

Our spectacular Skybar offers unrivalled, panoramic views of Salobreña from the snow-covered peaks of Sierra Nevada to the iconic castle of Salobreña set atop an impressive rocky outcrop flanked by lush green fields and the sparkling Mediterranean sea. It's the perfect place for a refreshing long drink or a relaxing cocktail as the sun sets. We offer a full bar service during summer time and public holidays, weather permitting. Please note that until 4:00 p.m. the skybar is reserved for the exclusive use of hotel guests. We do not offer use of the pool to the general public, nor do we take reservations for our bar service in the skybar.

From the 20th of June we will be serving dinner in the Skybar every day from 8 p.m.

On summer nights when there is a restaurant service in the Skybar, tables are kept for diners after 7 :00 p.m.

Hotel Miba Reception Opening Hours

Our reception is staffed from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you are going to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please contact us so that we explain how to retrieve your room key outside of reception opening hours and provide you with instructions on how to enter the hotel.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. Should you wish to arrive earlier we cannot guarantee that your room will be prepared. However, you are welcome to leave any luggage in reception, enjoy the hotel, bar and restaurant facilities, have a swim, complete the check-in process and as soon as your room is ready we will inform you. We do however ask that hotel guests arrive after 12:00 p.m. especially at the weekend, on public holidays and in the summer months.

Check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We request that you leave your room by this time.

Rooftop Pool Opening Hours

Our rooftop, infinity pool with its sun loungers, parasols and unrivalled views is the perfect place to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. It is for the exclusive use of hotel guests and is open from 1st of April to the 10th of December. Please note that the pool is not heated.

10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday when there is no restaurant service in the Skybar.
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the summer on nights when we offer dinner in the Skybar.

On days when we provide a bar service in the Skybar, the use of the rooftop area is shared with outside customers. We have provided privacy screens so that you may still enjoy the pool and loungers during that time. Hotel guests are welcome to have drinks at anytime in the skybar by using the phone to call the bar or requesting them at the bar directly. From the 11th of December to the 1st of April the pool is closed.
