Who are we?
Hotel/Restaurant Miba was opened in December 2014. It is a small, privately-owned, independent, boutique hotel, restaurant, bar and skybar. In the short time we have been open both the hotel and the restaurant have undergone significant changes and we constantly strive to improve and develop the Miba concept for the better. Our team is made up of professionals from a diverse variety of backgrounds and nationalities all of whom share a common love for the outstanding beauty of this magical location and a desire to provide top quality service to our guests.
Our philosophy
At Hotel/Restaurant Miba our aim is to provide you with an unforgettable experience whether you come for a coffee or stay for a few weeks! Relax, unwind and we'll take care of all the little details as you enjoy the scenery, the authentic, Andalusian charm of Salobreña and its diverse natural landscape. We like to keep our products and decoration contemporary, stylish and pay attention to all the little details and touches. Our restaurant serves fine, contemporary, Spanish cuisine drawing inspiration from regional specialities using local produce to provide seasonal menus that stimulate the senses. We love to provide our guests with little surprises, from decorating rooms for special occasions to organising spectacular weddings on our rooftop. But above all, we want you to feel part of a family and treated as an individual. Many of our customers comment that we should have more stars than is currently the case. Irrespective of stars, our aim is to provide all our guests with 5 * hospitality.
Our companies
We run several different companies for all of our different business ventures that range from serving a glass of wine to selling a million Euro property. What all have in common is our objective to provide first-class service, local expertise and great business acumen so that you can discover and enjoy this unique region of Andalusia. All our companies aim to provide a stimulating and dynamic work environment which allows individuals to develop their potential as part of constantly growing and evolving sector. At present our group employs around fifty people between Hotel Miba, Restaurant Miba, Villas Colores Spain luxury villa rentals and Villas Colores Spain sales and property management.
